Frequently asked questions, or FAQs, are a great way to optimize the user experience and boost conversions on your site as a saved reply. They also represent another way to reach out and connect with your target audience.
Let’s see how you can add FAQs to your Dstny Engage dashboard.
- On the left menu of your workspace, click on Content Manager > FAQ.
- Click the Add New FAQ button or click the edit icon to edit an existing one.
- On the Add New FAQ page, enter a relevant Title.
- Select a language to add FAQ for each 3 languages you’ve chosen before from Language setting.
- Select a language from the Language drop-down list.
- Then in the Answers section, write a simple and straightforward answer to your question. This answer will be used by your agents or chatbot when customers ask questions about your business.
Admin can choose to Import FAQS With option of keep the current or delete all before uploading.
