- On the conversation where you need to log some info, click the Notes tab above the message space.
- Type the note you want to add to the customer’s conversation.
ℹ️ Notes are highlighted in purple for you and other agents to see.
ℹ️ Customers cannot see these notes; they are only visible to the agents.
